Life
Education
Education is treated as lifelong public capacity: literacy, judgment, skill, civic understanding, and the ability to adapt without being discarded.
Core Purpose
Education builds the shared capacity a society needs to stay free, competent, and correctable.
The system values practical skill, civic literacy, scientific reasoning, history, communication, and artistic life.
Public Access
Access is treated as infrastructure, not charity.
A person’s future should not depend entirely on family wealth, location, or early academic sorting.
Civic Literacy
Students learn how institutions work, how to challenge them, and how public decisions are supposed to be justified.
The goal is not obedience. The goal is informed participation and correction.
